Since 2001, we have been installing landscapes along the Wasatch Front, and since 1994, we have been servicing existing landscapes. The company was founded by Paul Sannar at the age of 12 under the name PSS Landscaping, which later became TerraWorks to better reflect our wide range of services. Over the years, we have grown steadily, now catering to both residential and commercial landscaping needs. We maintain a year-round staff along with a team of seasonal employees. From our humble beginnings with a single pickup truck, we now operate a full fleet of trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment. Our success is rooted in our commitment to doing the "hands-on" hard work necessary to meet our customers' needs.

Our Work
TerraWorks Construction and Landscape Inc.
Has been installing landscapes along the Wasatch Front since 2001, and servicing existing landscapes since 1994. The company was started by Paul Sannar at the age of 12 as PSS Landscaping, which was later changed to TerraWorks to allow customers to understand the full capabilities we offer. Since then, the company has grown steadily to the point where we now serve customers in the residential and commercial landscaping realm. We employ a year-round staff as well as a crew of seasonal employees. We've replaced our first pickup with a full fleet of trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment, but the real key to our success is that we are still willing and able to do the "hands-on" hard work to meet the needs of our customers.
We Offer
We offer custom full-service landscape installation for residential, commercial, and industrial projects as well as municipalities. Our installations have ranged in size from large commercial buildings, large condo projects, and municipal parks, to the smallest residential home. We can customize a landscape project to meet your ideas and needs.
We use only
top-of-the-line materials from the industry's leading manufacturers, such as Hunter and Rain Bird.
We have several trade
qualifications that set us apart from other landscape companies. We are a Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC), Utah State licensed landscape contractor, Certified paver installer with ICPI and we have a Utah state licensed backflow tester on staff.
